Perfect feel good love story

No extra drama needed. All the warm and fuzzies. Perfect for a quick pick me up. Besides the first small portion of the book taking place in jacks bar I honestly kind of forgot which series I was reading. So if you're at a place in virgin River where you're waiting for this book to continue reading I can't think that it would mess you up terribly to go back and read this later. There's no new developments with existing characters they are all way in the background.

It was a really cute story and made me long for Christmas but it was written a little rushed, especially compared to the previous books in the series. However, it was a fun and nice short read! (The gender roles were a bit cringy outdated tho, more than in the previous books)

I love the show Virgin River and picked up this book at a small book store while in vacation. Not realizing it was book 7.5 in the series I jumped right into it. Now I am currently adding all of the other VR books to my wishlist.

Robyn Carr knows how to write. I love the story line. The small town vibes. The characters. All of it. Definitely getting and reading all of the other VR books.

Short and sweet and fast. It was just a simple Kobe story, unlike the other Virgin River books where all the other characters are involved. But.....she never really dug into these characters. You didn’t really get to know them too well.

5 Under the Christmas Tree Stars

Awe this was a short story, but it packs a punch!
Who could resist Christmas, and puppies!

Annie and Nate come together because of a box of puppies. What could be sweeter than that! She is a hair dresser who owns her own shop; he is the large animal Vet.

I loved that they knew of each other from when they were younger but never were friends.
Just a great feel good book all around.

Jack and Preacher sure put up a fight about NOT having a dog.. But there boys David and Chris have other ideas… And we all know what a bunch of softy’s Jack and Preacher are… haha

*You don't have to like my review but its 100% my opinion, and I am allowed to have it.*
