It's a bit more of an old fashioned and 'academic' writing style. So a bit of a slower read (especially for a non native speaker) but it perfectly sets the mood and is a great read for all that love wholesome, winter-sunshine, slightly awkward but truely genuine relationship driven storys all set in a world where the hidden folk simply exist as natrually as the change of seasons.

very cute and fun.  it did feel like the book was 5 stories overlapping each other without a main arc, but the stories were enjoyable so I didn't mind too much
