Entertaining

I really liked this one. Not very familiar with Rachel Van Dycken's writing but, if this is it I'll keep reading it. I laughed more than I expected.

This was just an okay read for me. I loved the first two books but this one had holes in it. I felt like I fell into the middle of the story and couldn’t quite catch up.
I liked the guts and Shawn too but the story was missing something. I will read more in this series but I will be reluctant to pay full price for them.

Co-Ed is the newest release by the incredibly talented Rachel Van Dyken. She's one of my top favorite authors and it's a special treat when she starts a new series. This is a spin-off of Wingman Inc. with all new delicious, funny and sexy characters. If you are even contemplating not reading this because the term reverse harem, please stop. It's not what you think! Well, mostly :). Just read it. You won't be disappointed. Knox, Leo, Finn and Slater (I mean, could these names be any better?) are Shawn's new dorm suite mates. But, Shawn's a girl who got placed there by accident. She has no idea what Knox, Leo and Finn are doing, but there's a lot of moaning and women coming and going. She doesn’t have time for this! She's trying to study, playing softball and she's new to the school. But her curiosity gets the better of her and she has to take a look. Oh man. One is just hotter and sexier than the next. What? How? Why? Who? What? Slater warned her not to get sucked in, but she didn't listen. She's not going to fall for them. She's stronger than that. But they are all hard to resist. They want to protect her. To care for her. She has no idea why though. The pull to Knox is stronger than the other. There's something about his brooding that calls to her. He flirts then runs. She can't help but be intrigued. But what happens when she falls under his spell? What has them all so overprotective? I loved this story! I love all of them. Knox is the hot one. Finn is the sexy one. Leo is the sensitive one. They were really, really good at what they do. They had me convinced to sign up! Knox is complicated and so damn hot! Shawn is fierce, hilarious and knows what she wants. I loved learning about these new characters and I can't wait for more! Overall, I laughed, teared up, swoon, had to fan myself and loved every second!

"You're chocolate milk, and baby girl, he's been thirsting for a long time."

"That's my goal. Tempt you until you can't handle it anymore."
"It's working."

"Tell me you won't scream."
"Are your hands going to be on me?"
"Yeah."
"Are you going to be touching me?"
"Hell, yeah."
"Then I can't promise I won't scream."

This is only getting three stars because I like the characters from books I read previously, otherwise it would get two. It read like a reverse harem story the entire time, them all of a sudden it wasn't, idk, it just didn't work for me. The rest of this series though has been delightful, I kind of wish I had passed on this one.

A great read

Oh my goodness, I know I say this a lot, however RVD this is a great book. I feel in love with this book full of amazing characters, and one possessed unicorn named Horny. A girl named Shawn is mistakenly roomed with a guy and his stuffed unicorn Horny across the hall from the pleasure ponies. Who do just that all the time for anyone who will play. She then runs into one of the ponies while she is taking a shower and from there a friendship is born. Did we just become best friends? Yep! Well hello Leo. But the attraction doesn't stop there. Shawn also meets Finn, and later drop dead gorgeous Knox. And that rounds out the pleasure ponies. But the fun doesn't stop there. This book will have you hooked till the very last page with a pretty good twist that I really did not see coming!! Also RVD please give Finn, Leo, and Slater their own books. 😀

I absolutely loved the new generation of Wingman Inc! I laughed. I swooned. My heart raced. I smiled. I couldn’t get enough.

I haven’t read many reverse harem stories but I am a total sucker for Rachel’s unique twist on the trope. She wrote this story so well and I fell in love with all of the characters!

Shawn ends up living in the boy’s dorm because her name is mistaken as a male. Here she encounters the new Wingman Inc on campus. Knox, Leo, and Finn’s job is to please and help anyone who might need it. From breakups to depression, their job is to make others feel better. Shawn is warned to not get involved but does she listen?

Watching these characters go through some major bumps in life, and work together to overcome them was great! They go through some major, difficult, and scary things and watching the way the boys have each others backs and even bring Shawn under their wings was heartwarming. I wish I had a group of close friends like they have.

I was so not ready for the suspenseful twist this book threw my way but I loved every second my heart raced. It was chilling, suspenseful, and such a great addition to the storyline.

I hope this isn’t the end of Wigman Inc. I love each of these characters and would love more of them and this world!

Note: This story can be read as a stand alone but I highly recommend doing what I did and binge the first two Wingman Inc books, where it all started. You won’t regret meeting Ian and Lex; I promise.

Grateful to have received a complimentary ARC copy to honestly review.

I loved everything about this book!

Each book really is a standalone. I read books 2-4 before reading this one and I wasn’t confused at all. Some things are explained in more detail and i know more of a backstory now but it’s safe to Sha each book is a standalone.

Knox and Shawn’s story is beautiful and heartbreaking. It’s a slow burn but once you get to the sex damn is it hot!!! They both went through some real life shit that is very relatable. I love that the main character is biracial with more African features. Representation matters! A wonderful book as always from RVD!
