It's for a good plot, loves the Norse mythology sprinkled in. The love story was too tense and a bit frustrating for me, but I'm not the biggest fan of the forced proximity/forbidden love combo. It spiked my anxiety, I wanted to put the book down and walk away to calm myself but I had to keep reading lol. The ending I loved and hated. Loved it because it totally made sense and it ended in a great place to set up for book two. Hated it because now I'm going to have to wait for at least a year probably to get book two.

This story completely sucked me in almost from the start. By the time I reached the end, it definitely left me wanting more. The characters were captivating and the story was enthralling. I can’t wait to read the conclusion of this duology.
