For the book written in 1990s surprisingly on point in some things regarding societal changes in 2023. Solid book, could be shorter.

Not exactly a page-turner, but provides some great insights into the mind.
I think I probably would have thought this book was even more amazing if I had read it a few years back before these ideas about optimal experience had become so mainstream. This book has given me language and theory to understand and explain why certain activities make me happier then others and how to modify my approach to make frustrating experiences more fulfilling.
