From the moment readers got to meet Ayri Quinn we have been waiting very impatiently for him to find his person and get his HEA. While I would say that Ayri is literally the sweetest of the collective, yes, even more than Tripp or Aleks. There were plenty of jokes, belly laughing moments, and some dirty talking. Sweet sweet Ayri all but trips over himself when he is around Vance it is adorable. So adorable. But also a little problematic for a guy in the NHL trying to make a name for himself. And I especially love how Asher and some of the other guys give him ZERO grace. None. I should also add that I am more in love with Little D than before!
Vance is a wow….I can totally understand why Ayri is so tongue tied around him. That man made me silly and weak in the knees. But most of all he just “got Ayri”. When Ayri says that Vance is a grown up he isn’t lying. He is so mature and has his life together. Vance is obviously a natural caretaker, and taking care of Ayri and the others clearly makes him happiest.
The way that Vance and Quinn’s (Ayri) relationship grew and evolved was perfect. It felt like a slow burn but these two needed that time to get to know one another, build a friendship because had they not have done that the banter would not have been top tier. These two were not only perfect for one another but they were funny. And the chemistry, that was top tier as well ... .and let’s say one of their dirty mouth was a little bit of a surprise; in the best way possible. The incorporation of the collective was also done so well, and I love all the little sneak peeks into what our favorite PR nightmares are up to! And even more of who we will be getting next ... .I feel like this one might give Ezra and Oskar a run for their money. I will warn you readers; you will want to do a reread of the CU series AND the Puckboys you forget how simply amazing and hilarious they are! As for the hockey talk in this book, next level! I loved all of the on ice glimpses and time spent on the Buffalo bench! If you love a found family, fun banter, a cinnamon roll heroes and hockey this book should be on your kindle today!

This whole series is just fun. I have enjoyed every one of these books, but I will say this one wasn't at the top. That said, it's still a very entertaining ride to go on. It's fun, sometimes completely ridiculous, and has the romance, of course. Also, Ayri's mustache almost became its own separate character in the story and offended everyone. Ayri is quite adorable and awkward, so not your typical jock character, which was fun to see. I also really liked seeing a bit of Asher in this book, who we have barely seen since his book in the CU series. He was a great side character here. And we can not forget the Collective. Anyone who has read my reviews before knows I have such a soft spot for found family, and I LOVE those vibes we get in this series. Eden Finley and Saxon James know how to create an awesome community within their stories, and I think that's why their books are such comfort reads for me. Was this my favorite? Did I still love it? Absolutely!
This is hands down one of my favorite books in the puckboys series. I thought nobody would ever beat Dex and Tripp for me but god.. Quinnie-Baby.. I love you. I love you so much.
Quinn gives the perfect mix of second hand embarrassment without it being too cringey. He is the sweetest soul and i just adored him. I love how he is shamelessly in love with Vance from the start and I love seeing him grow more comfortable with himself and his feelings as the story continued. I adoredddd seeing his relationship with Ash develop in the story too. they’re truly besties for the resties and getting peeks at Kole and Ash’s relationship also just makes me giddy. They were one of my favorite couples in CU series after all :,))
Vance is such a lovable character as well. He has such a big heart and the way he tries his best to help Quinn get comfortable with himself and try to find ways to be a person rather than just a hockey player was so sweet. that man has the patience of a saint. I adoreddd him and seeing them together.
Now the collective? God.. Seeing the collective meet and seeing their chats was truly hilarious. I love that group of men. I love them so much and wish I could live in their world forever.
i can’t wait for the next one!!
5/5 book and a solid 3.5/5 for spice

It's my least favorite of the series (and maybe also of the whole Eden/Saxon universe?).
Their relationship is suuuuper sweet and really nice but the plot is just bland. There's nothing but sweetness. They don't need to overcome any real hardship, everything is just simple and fine. I WANT DRAMA GUYS!
