This series has been super fun to read. Perfect if you need just a simple, mindless, pallet cleanser book. Each story is super low-angst and full of adorable moments. I love all these queer hockey boys, and can’t wait for the next book.

It was alright, I feel like I’m fully committed to this little world and I love the collective too much to stop reading them. I loved seeing so much of Asher in this book and frankly if they want to do a second book that’s all Asher and Kole, sign me up.
I found the first half of the book enjoyable enough but then it fell flat, both characters seemed really 2 dimensional and I just couldn’t really get invested in them. Their relationship faces basically zero hurdles but without a plot outside of the relationship it just was like nothing happened?
I powered through the second half and I did enjoy the ending. It was a fluffy read, characters not very memorable and nothing really happened but it was an easy enough read.

the characters communicated, were actually pretty normal, and were likeable! yay!
this would've gotten a higher score if not for the weird reactions for the third act breakup and.. idk the vibes were off for the last 25% of the book.
