Really enjoy what they're doing with the manga version, and I'm happy the story is hitting pretty much the same as it did when I read it all those years ago.

I really enjoyed this second volume of Fangirl! There is something about these Mangas that is really sweet and comforting, but that may just be because I relate so much to Cath!

Just like in the prose book, I mostly skimmed over the Simon Snow fanfic parts...sorry, but I literally can't make myself care about knockoff Harry Potter fanfic (or honestly any HP fanfic). It's superrrr cute when Cath is reading it to Levi, but that's just it: I'm reading for Cath and Levi, NOT Simon and Co. This is a me thing for sure! I get that some people would be okay with or even love those bits, but for me it just drags down the flow.
Other than that I'm still really enjoying this! The art is super well-fitted to this story, and again, Levi is downright adorable. I love that puppy dog of a man. :3
