Ali Smith has a very unique style which takes some getting used to. I'd attempted How to be Both before but I just couldn't plod my way through it.

In this case I'm really glad I persisted, because I ended up being very impressed by Winter and enjoying it a lot.

I really enjoyed this book. Loved the way it’s written, interesting characters, interesting themes. Enjoyed it more than Autumn. I liked that

Daniel from Autumn was in it - I like the little threads that appear in this book following the first one
