The Tao of Pooh was great. It was cute, silly and was a good introduction on Taoisim. However the Te of Piglet was angry and agressive. The book was supposed to be explainung to us why and how Piglet represents virtues of Taoism. Instead he ranted on angry and pessismistic like an Eyeore about society and everything going wrong. It was just so opposite from what he is trying to teach us.

I readvthis book first in 2015 and Loved it but somehow...not like how I remembered it.

The Tao of Pooh I would rate 4 stars. It is so cozy and just delightful to learn about Taoist concepts through the lenses of Winnie the Pooh. If you like learning about philosophy/religion, I would definitely recommend it. 
Te of Piglet is 2 stars for the weird political rants that detracted from the messaging and tone of the book. There wasn’t enough substance to account for this and I would recommend sticking with just the Tao of Pooh.

Second time reading this, and I'm inclined to agree with some of the other reviews: The Tao of Pooh is great, but the Te of Piglet is quite outdated at this point. Still enjoyable!
