***This was a re-read***
First time read: 10/03/2021
Just like volume 1, this was a joy to read again. The Yellow saga is not as good as the Red & Blue saga though but still really enjoyable (even though it ends in volume 3 and volume 2 ends with a cliffhanger).
The Yellow saga is (in my opinion) one of the weaker Pokémon Adventures arcs though but the introduction of the elite 4 (who are now the bad guys), the return of characters like Bill, Green, Blue, Red and even the Pokémon fanclub president, our heroes working together with the (former) Team Rocket members Surge, Koga and Sabrina and a lot of action, still makes this a worthy Pokémon story.
Second time read: 12/03/2023
Couldn't wait so I decided to re-read Volume 2 of the Collector Editions of Pokémon Adventures. Again an incredible read with a new protagonist but overall the same cast as the first Volume. Last time I said it's one of the weaker arcs but I don't agree with that anymore lol. I enjoyed it so much. Just as good as Volume 1.
Third time read: 1/03/2024
Reread it again for a third time. Still enjoyed it a lot!

I give this book 3/5 stars. This manga collection bundles volumes 4-6 of the manga. It is the start of the Yellow arc of the series, and I have to say this arc is less good than the red/blue/green arc that came before it. Red has dissapeared and it is up to Yellow to find him. I find Yellow to be a less likable protagonist than Red because Yellow is a bit more childish, which contradicts with my feelings of this manga being aimed at a more mature audience. The story was solid however and it definitely is very enjoyable to see the Elite Four as the bad guys this time around. It is definitely a good sequel to the first manga collection but is a bit more childish in my opinion.
