Wow. This book really knows how to hurt you.
Surprisingly, did not cry (I am genuinely shocked myself). But I can physically feel my chest cave in and my throat feel itself tighten up. I could not put this book down because I just needed to see if everyone ended up okay. I still got my little butterflies in my stomach and had to wipe off a smile on my face because of something Ledger said, but this one was much more raw and tackled a situation - I still wouldn't even know how to handle. You empathize with every single character and you get frustrated because you just want EVERYTHING TO BE OKAY.

Miss Colleen Hoover did it again. I loved it and would recommend.

Could have done without explicit sex (at least it wasn't overly much, only middle cringe worthy and didn't have "hot loins"), but aside from that is was mostly a quick and good read!

I really liked the main characters and quickly got caught up both in their liv s and their partly mysterious background.

People might have been just a little *too* perfect, but I really enjoyed the thought provoking showing of two sides of a tragedy. It was easy to empathise with everyone involved, and my main gripe was with how quickly deep settled opinions could change after all.

Definitely an addictive and griping read, that is more than "just" a love story.

Colleen Hoover books are great bc they’re SO easy to read. My vibe with this book was that I DID want to know how it was all gonna turn out so I guess I had to keep reading? I was so annoyed the entire book that Patrick and Grace wouldn’t even CONSIDER letting Diem meet Kenna. Just seems like it took an entire book to get to the place where we sort of should have started in my opinion. Also, it went from having the same conflict for the entire book to everything being wrapped in a perfect bow in like 15 pages. But I’m happy Kenna got her happy ending.
