I’m currently on book 7 of the Black Dagger Brotherhood series and this book continues to reign as my absolute favorite so far. Rhage will forever be mine in my heart and I don’t mind sharing him with Mary.
The story really delved into Rhage’s character and his inner turmoil when it came to his transformation. I thought Mary was a perfect match for him and she also was a complex character who you couldn’t help but root for. Knowing that we get another book about these two…I won’t skip ahead but darn is it tempting. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because Ward didn’t give me more! I will forever say to read this book!

Mary and Rhage are CHARACTERS - Ward has given them such a distinct shape in my mind! They feel so real! I liked it!!

Somehow this series got crazier and I'm completely hooked. I love all the powerful female characters and I'm interested to see where the story goes. Mary is the queen of the monster fucker society and nobody can tell me otherwise.
