When reading this I enjoyed it as much as all the other 3 books,
*Spoiler* maybe
But I felt the Percy and calypso thing just threw me off. Like I don’t understand how he didn’t spend that much time with her and supposedly fell in love. But Annabeth gave him a full kiss and I think we hear about it once or twice and it’s never explored and not that much thought is put into it… hopefully the next book we get more insight on these two and if it’s small I hope it’s not explored at all.
And Annabeth and the Luke thing, i understand that she want to see the good in him and maybe he will change his ways. But this boy or man has killed or been an accomplice to all these murders. Like I know he felt like he been wronged but that doesn’t excuse you for all you’ve caused. And I hate that she keep protecting him or trying to make it seem like he’s been manipulated or something when before his body was even used as Kronos he still made his choice.
But other than that this was a great read and i can’t wait to jump into the last installment of the Percy Jackson and the olympians.
