The Sunlit Man marks the end of my Brandon Sanderson reading extravaganza. Almost 1 year ago exactly I started reading The Final Empire after seeing some recommendations for this author named Brandon Sanderson. I fell in love immediately and could hardly put the Mistborn trilogy down. From there, I read through the entirety of the Cosmere.

The Sunlit Man was one of my favorites. Nomad (and who he is revealed to be) is one of my favorite characters in the cosmere. His story was exciting to learn and makes me even more excited for Stormlight #5. The supporting cast was great and the story was action-packed. Overall, it was a great read and I eagerly await all future Cosmere books.

I really enjoyed this Secret Project! Certainly the most enmeshed in the Cosmere of all the Secret Projects! Nomad has changed so much since we last saw him, and enough was revealed and hinted at that I need to know MORE about how and why he got where he did! Also very nervous about the upcoming Stormlight Archive books!

The characters were so well thought out, as always. The villain was evil, but a bit basic, which is fine. Sometimes people just suck, and don’t have a tragic backstory. I loved what happened with Elegy and Rebeke. Aux is by far the best character.
