Wow, Brandon Sanderson knows how to write a standalone! The Sunlit Man was really fast-paced compared to a lot of his other works; the characters are in constant motion and the story gives off very action-packed, Mad Max vibes. It was also definitely more sci-fi than fantasy, compared to the other Cosmere books I’ve read so far, but I think it’s one of my new favorites. I loved following the future of a beloved Cosmere character, and it’s getting me excited to read Wind and Truth so that I can see how and why he arrives at this point!

One of my favourite books from Brandon Sanderson. Loved the high paced action and the characters of Nomad and Aux. Something a bit different for me from Sanderson but loved it.
