EN/CZ

An intriguing collection of two graphical novels. Both address the question of the past and how to deal with it. The theme is greatly supported by Bilal's drawing style. Past catching up with the two different actor groups of the 20th century history becomes a surreal experience. Both stories speak about the confrontation with a mirror image. Certainly worth reading.

CZ:
Dva příběhy pojednávající o dějinách 20. století, jejich aktérech a vyrovnání s minulostí. Bilalova kresba jen dotváří surreálnost a drsnost příběhu - ať je to boj starých interbrigadistů proti starým fašistům nebo lov komunistických elit. Kniha v českém vydání má i skvělý rozhovor s autory a komentář od Ondřeje Neffa.
