I’m a bit nostalgic for Kay Scarpetta and maybe it’s because this is book #28 in the series and there’s not a whole lot of variety left to give us something new but what’s up with the Bigfoot (last book) theme and UFO theme in this book. Are we reaching for paranormal instead of the more logical/practical culprits? Not sure if this is the direction she’s taking the books or just a fluke that there were two in a row. I’ll read the next one because I’m a sucker for sticking with series once I’ve committed and this has been a 20+ year relationship between me and Kay…
