Loving that there isn't a ton of retelling of the first book. The characters are smart and the writing is concise. Easy and fun zombie read :)

Great book, interesting storyline. The Nazi part was confusing but still a great book. Definitely recommend.

I enjoy this book but I still love the first book. I did like that the kids had a bit of more help from the adults. There are also several plot twists that may surprise younger readers, but that experienced fantasy readers will see coming a mile away.

AMAZING! I've reread this book multiple times, but every time it blows me away by how good the author has persevered it. I love the writing style and perspective. It makes me sooooo happy! 100% recommend this series.
