Very beautiful book, with a strong message. The saddest part though, noone read me a book like this when I was little, so i myself do not find in these descriptions.

This book was stunning and the illustrations were breath-taking. After reading it for the first time, I was choked up over the beautiful message that the book shared and I think that this book is very important for all ages to read. HIGHLY reccomend!

Manches wird dir Mühe bereiten, machen Sorgen und es wird nicht immer einfach sein.

Manchmal wird es sich richrig schwer anfühlen.
Und du könntest sogar alles vermasseln.

Fantastic Children's Book - suitable for the very young to the young at heart. It's inspiring, melodic, and wonderfully crafted. The illustrations are soothingly whimsical and perfectly paired with the narrative.

I love this book, and so do my children - no matter how old they are getting. Currently, they are well beyond the general age this book would be aimed at, moving on to chapter books and the tween sagas, yet the moment I saw this in the library, I snapped it up anyway. And they both sat with me while I read it aloud, each of us stepping back in time a little bit to a moment when that was our daily ritual. This is the kind of picture book that can do that - and that is a special kind of story.

A beautifully illustrated story that talks about the potential person anyone can be and the ups and downs that come along with it. I liked sharing this with my 10 y.o. as a reminder and inspiration for him that he could potentially do anything he wanted as long as he puts his mind to it and tries hard. Also it's a good reminder that we will fail and you can't have success without mistakes. Barouch did a wonderful job with the illustrations and helped make the story more magical and fun to read.

How such a small book can make you feel such big feelings… it’s why this one is so special.
