Wasn’t a terrible story line but could’ve been done in one book instead of 3 😅 towards the end I just started skimming and still understood what was going on.
I didn’t mind book1, just something happened in my brain and I struggled with book2. I’m a mood reader, and I also happened to become unwell when I was in the middle of book2, so I’m hoping at a later point I’ll come back to this series.

Das ist echt deeper shit, das ist wirklich nicht leicht zu lesen. Das ganze Unterfangen ist mit ein wenig zu krass. Es ist zwar sehr interessant, aber in dem Abschnitt, an dem ich war, hat es sich etwas zu sehr gezogen. Vielleicht lese ich irgendwann weiter, aber erstmal nicht.

This book is actually a trilogy — three books in one.
I really enjoyed them overall. The first book felt like the strongest to me, while the third one might seem slower at first, but I think that pacing was necessary, especially for the represa psicologica (psychological aftermath) of the characters and for expanding the lore.
The story is dark and dives deep into themes of madness. On the romance side, it’s a reverse harem — which I don’t mind at all. My favorite character was Eli; his background story was fascinating, and I found his character development to be very well written.
