This was SO GOOD, omg!! I loved the format of this book and the way it was written. I loved that it had a little key of who was who as well, super helpful. Such a good read!!!

Not a winner for me…

Too many characters and povs which made it tough to follow. Felt like the story was jumping around a lot which made it difficult get hooked on the characters. I kept having to flip back to one of the first pages with the brief character descriptions to help me remember who I was reading about. (That was helpful though)

Then the twist at the end wasn’t very twisty. And I felt that the very last chapter, more like an epilogue, was kind of pointless. Normally I like to know what’s happening after, but I think the author could’ve left it out and made a more definitive ending.

I did enjoy the author’s writing style in the way he described the murder scenes. Those were exciting. However if it wasn’t for those murder scenes, this book would’ve been a complete dud.

Sorry to those who might enjoy this book. It just wasn’t for me.

Nine letters are sent to 9 people with their names on it and this is how the manhunt begins.

I like the premise of it, a serial killer crossing off people on the list and slowly revealing who he/she is and what their connection is in the end. There are a lot of perspectives as you can tell but it wasn't that hard to keep track of everyone. It did get a bit slow at times but it was still fun to read it.

Also, I wasn't surprised by the ending, it was just well done and explained, nothing out of the ordinary.

But I still cannot wait for his next book!

This book was a very quick read for me and a fun ride. I enjoyed the mystery and didn't guess the killer until the reveal. Some of the characters I loved and others I didn't, but that was how I was supposed to feel about them, so it was okay. It was a bit confusing at the beginning until about halfway into the book, because of all the characters introduced. I kept forgetting who was who, but I just went in for the ride and all in all, I had a fun time with this book. A strong four stars.
