Any one else singing the song when they read the title?!?! No just me, oh well.

Every Breath You Take is a whole lot of book in one. The blurb definitely gives of a suspense like vibe but the book it self is more second chance romance plus...Plus meaning and more. Its the extra package. The book with more than you bargained for.

Its a sweet second chance romance with some curve balls unless you are paying attention to the details then you are going to nail it out of the park. Just watch the pitcher because you don't wnt to take the chance on the wrong swing.

Join the crew for book two and find out how it all pans out...

Okay, like most readers, I generally am not a fan of books that end with a cliffhanger. But I do enjoy the delayed gratification when I know that the next book will release shortly after, so I am alright in this instance (Take My Breath Away releases about a month after this book).

London has just ended her marriage to Hunter. They had been together since high school, and she thought they would be together forever, but that wasn't in their cards. After moving back in with her mother (who is sick), she ends up falling for Bryce, who happens to be her mother's doctor. But waiting on the sidelines is Sam, London's long-time best friend.

This book was just wow! Often when dealing with love triangles (and while I would consider this that subgenre, it wasn't overwhelming), the female main character comes across as wishy-washy or indecisive. And while London had moments of this, she was much stronger than most. I couldn't help but root for Sam to pull through, and I guess we'll find out if he perseveres in the conclusion to this duet.

I definitely recommend Every Breath You Take!

I don’t know if I should start my review like this but....aahhhh!! It ends on a cliffhanger!! Maybe I should end my review with that? This was SUCH a great book...poor London...her marriage has ended, her mom is really sick, her brother is MIA, and her best friend is practically around the world. But then she meets a man. A doctor, no less. He’s able to help London start to heal the hurts that have been piling up on her shoulders. And then Sam returns from overseas. And her heart becomes confused. But one of these men is not what he appears to be. I’ll tell you that by the end of this book London has begun her happily ever after....but I’m not so sure what the second book has in store for the couple. Amazing book...do NOT be put off by the cliffhanger!!

Hunter and London. It starts as they decide to split up.

Sam the best friend. Male best friend who grew up living next door, secretly in love with London.
Bryce the doctor. The new love interest.
It is a duet so ends on a cliffhanger.
London is dating Bryce but Sam is in love with her and has to witness them dating etc.
She is unsure of her feelings for Bryce but continues sleeping with him even after Sam tells her he is in love with her.
Not too impressed.

This is my first book I’ve read from this author and it did not disappoint. This book was a super quick read because I could not put it down. I had to know what was going to happen between London, Bryce, and Sam. The nurse in me was pulling for the doctor but I am totally team Sam now. What a sweetheart for his devotion! Slight cliffhanger that we have to pounder on but it’ll be ok. I can not wait to read the next book to see how this story plays out.

Oh my gosh! This book was a whirlwind! I feel like I need to catch my breath. I loved this book. I have so many feelings about it, but the main one is now I should be happy and I can’t! Between Bryce and Sam it was an angsty read that was sexy and heartbreaking. The fact that London was oblivious made me want to scream, and now Memphis and Hunter are back??? Where do we go from here? I don’t know, but I can’t wait to find out!

Wow. Where do I even start? I went through so many emotions while reading this book. It was an emotional roller coaster for sure and I am still trying to gather my thoughts about it.

I enjoyed London's character. I found her really easy to relate to. I am like her in a lot of ways. I have always feared being alone. I am a total scaredy cat. Her reaction at the noise she heard outside when she was home alone? That could have totally been me! Being with only one person straight out of high school? Yep, same here. I also liked London's relationship with her mom. I love that they are so close. I am close to my mom as well so that was nice to see.

I am not going to say very much about Bryce and Sam to avoid spoilers. I started out loving and swooning over one of them at the beginning and ended up hating him by the end of the book. I'll just leave it at that. :) I'm really interested to see where things are going to go and how things are going to turn out in the second book.

The mystery involving Hunter and Memphis has me really intrigued as well. It'll be interesting to see how that all plays out in the next book.

I absolutely loved this book, especially Sam. Hunter and Bryce I wanted to smack, each for different reasons. And Memphis - don’t even get me started on him!!!!

I cannot wait for book 2 to find out what happens!
