Great book about NASA...lots of information that is not commonly known about the beginning time in the space race.

As well as being fascinating history, I also think it’s up there with the best leadership books I’ve read.

YAY SPACE!
This book was fantastic.
My only grip is with the audiobook verison, where transitions are rushed and pushed together. It just is something that is missing in the audiobook but is most likely in the physical copy of the book.
Fantastic read - I highly recommend it.

Insightful reading about the space program development, provides a comprehensive understanding on how an entire industry was forged from the scratch.
The facts presented are really interesting and some particular parts are really captivating, but the writing style is maybe too technical and the book ends up being a bit boring.
Also, I listened to the audiobook, so I don't know if this is also the narrator's fault, but multiple times I caught myself not paying attention and forgeting what I had just heard, but not caring enought to go back.
However, overral this is a good book to recommend if you are interested in the history of the space program, but be aware of the style.
