This is probably my favorite new book. It was fantastic, yet believable. Beatrice handles an amazing amount of physical and mental pain, but she is very human and has her own realistic weaknesses. Her relationships with her friends, family, and enemies are complex. She realizes that the people she loves aren't perfect and can hurt her, but doesn't discount them for their imperfections. This is a great book about what makes people human and how they can be good and valuable without being perfect.

Fajn. Asi to beru jako průměr.
Jako jo, vím, proč z toho byli všichni odvázaní, protože ten žánr tenkrát ještě nebyl tolik rozjetý, ale teď jsem to četla už několikrát... a je dost poznat, že to je prvotina. I tak jsem ale zvědavá na pokračování. :)

Reread February 2017

I don't read to many in the dystopian genre, but this one is definitely on my favorites shelf. I couldn't help but fall in love with the characters and story. One I will read over and over again.
