Ammmmazing!
I cannot waaaaaaait to see how the next books play out! I’m so excited that we won’t be missing any of our friends for long. The characters are great and I can’t wait. I hope Dane and Harper get their happily ever afters soon too! #NeverforgetJack

It is a wild ride. I wasn’t sure when I started this series , if it was going to have any real plot or was it going to be all smut. This series used the intimacy between characters as a way to propel the story forward. The story came alive from book 1 to 4 as a movie in my head. The way the characters interacted felt so organic that it was as if I was there experiencing the story rather than just reading it. I have never been so blown away by a series. This book deserves infinite ♾️ number of stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
Graphic: Violence, Torture, Murder, Emotional abuse, and Sexual violence
Moderate: Blood and Gore

I really loved the closure this book brought to several situations - even down to Ayla beating up her childhood bullies.
There was a lot of tension between the packs still, the alphas couldn’t agree on the best course of action for most of it, and everyone kept blaming everyone else. But really this all needed to happen to get the ending we did, because it wouldn’t have been realistic (as magical shifter stories go) if everyone had suddenly been compliant.
Ayla annoyed me a little during Roxandra’s interrogation by wasting time saying things like “time for a little chat” and “I have a few more questions for you” when she was literally on a time limit because of the truth spell. Also, she knows why you’re there, Ayla. And it’s not to braid her hair.
I’m also glad to hear that although this is Kayden and Ayla’s HEA, there will be more books in the series to get some other alphas their mates. I mean I’m sure we all have assumptions as to who these mates are - with the exception of Madison, being a fairly new character - but it’ll be good to see their relationships unfold.
