 I LOVE THIS BOOK WITH A PASSION! I like Peter pan the best it just hits the spot! PETER PAN IS THE BEST ONE🌠🌠🌠🌠🌠🌠🌠
Little Red -5⭐ um... What can I say. Its dark. Just dark. Ya. Would not want to live in this town.
Snow White -5⭐cute....... Uh.that gal is really seeking revenge on that lady
Sleeping Beauty -3.5⭐ meh. Wish it was closer to original story.
Rapunzel -5⭐ I love this gal. Really only wants to dance in the rain.
Jack and the beanstalk -4.5⭐ ok I love the artwork in this one
Hansel and Gretel -5⭐ do I need to explain? I don't think so.
Beauty and the beast -5⭐i like this girl. All alone. Reading.
Blue beard -4.5⭐ slightly disturbing. You know. I wouldn't want to write on myself with other peoples blood. 
Cinderella -5⭐great! But still not dark enough.
Little Mermaid -5⭐i like the witch she knows how to set that gal straight
Rumpelstiltskin -5⭐that devil really has a funky name
Peter Pan -1,000,000⭐ AAAAAAAA IM IN LOVE I CRIED AT THE END AND PETER PAN IS A SOCIOPATH! And gosh, I love it. I love it so much. I want more of this story!!! But I never thought Peter Pan was this vain!

This was such a creative collection of fairytale retellings, I loved it! Also, the cover is so beautiful. I loved some of the fairytales, liked the rest, there wasn't one I wouldn't enjoy!

Some stories were just okay. I particularly liked Sleeping Beauty, Hansel and Gretel, and Bluebeard. Peter Pan, however, completely blew me away. It was the best thing ever. I needed to take a moment after finishing the story just to let it sink in and deal with my emotions. I would willingly read an entire novel around that short story alone. I can't believe a gem like that was waiting for me after reading 11 stories that are now only so-so in comparison. I'd rate the book three stars, but Peter Pan is worthy of five stars and I will always hold it dear to my heart. It was just so beautiful.

Dark, twisted and as we say in Ducth 'luguber'.
I do not mind retellings, especially dark ones. I find them refreshing in a way. However for some reason these shortstories were too much, too twisted.
I couldn't finish them. My conscience felt wronged, so I stopped reading on.
