Tudo que se espera de uma continuação. O livro já começou com o ritmo em que terminamos o primeiro, sem aquela enrolação de começo de livro. Ao mesmo tempo, a história ajudava a relembrar alguns personagens que o leitor poderia ter esquecido nesse meio tempo - o que acho que toda sequência deveria fazer.
A narrativa se manteve fiél aos elementos originais e interessantes do primeiro livro e desenvolveu o romance de forma bonita, mas sem atropelar os outros aspectos da história. Era tudo que eu esperava.
Só fiquei decepcionada com a falta de respostas sobre a mãe da Harlow, mas não me incomodou tanto assim.

I definitely recommend re-reading the first book before picking this one up. I didn't and it took a significant amount of the start to really get back into the rhythm of it. The author wrote in such a way that you very much do need to be familiar with the first to appreciate what's happening in the second.
