i’m normally not a christmas romance book person, but i think this one may have changed my tune. it was so cute and the perfect post finals book. i love both julie murphy and sierra simone but never would have dreamed of them writing a book together. it was sweet, fluffy, and absolutely filthy and i loved it. i think it would have been a tad better if it had been a tad shorter. it started to drag a bit in the middle, but overall i loved this book!

“I don’t need you to love me in private, I need you to love me in public for the whole world to see and that’s not something you’re prepared to do.”

Ughhh, my heart…

Nolan is so fucking annoying. I need more Teddy, the old man that owns a porn studio and exclusively wears Hawaiian shirts.

3.5 ⭐️ a steamy Christmas movie. It gave me The Nanny vibes from Lana Ferguson (the MMC being a big fan of the FMC and what she does). While I think it was funny seeing the comparison of a wholesome Christmas movie film that the two characters need to do, I find the actual chemistry of why they "love" each other lacking other than physical.

i’m dnfing this. i made it halfway and i didn’t enjoy it. it’s literally put me in a reading slump, i haven’t been able to read more than a page of anything in 2 weeks.
