Finlay Donovan really needs to learn how to use the truth to her advantage. A lot of this book could’ve been avoided without her getting into legal trouble if she’d just called in an anonymous threat on her ex-husband’s life to the police station. Or even told Nick exactly where the threat was, but not how she found out about it.

Lots of fun just like the first book, but a little more complicated with more characters and storylines getting introduced. Honestly I got a little confused at one point since there is a lot of action packed into a couple of chapters but the book is simple enough and tied everything together and I caught up eventually. This one was a little less realistic but still fun! Not the most literary/well-written books on the planet but I can see there being quite a few more books in this series.
