Our world is full of maximizing, multitasking, and hustle. It is incredibly hard to carve out quiet moments when there are countless demands, expectations, and should that keep you spinning. Several chapter in this book resonated very deeply with my soul. They reminded me of God’s unconditional love, the danger of productivity, and the power of living a simpler life.

DID NOT FINISH: 38%

This did not land with me the way I thought it would. I found myself frustrated with the stories and the pace. The constant connection to God did not resonate with me and I had a hard time moving past that.

If you are single or retired you might find it hard to connect with the author and the book. But if you are a rushing momma you’ll like it more.
