I think I was spoiled by her other works, so this one just fell flat for me. Interesting storyline, some very infuriating decisions, and a little too sappy/perfect ending.

I think this was a great story. Knowing what kind of author Kristin Hannah will become I think that this was a wonderfully written first book. I felt that is some places the story got a little choppy and sometimes there were parts that seemed to drag on and on but over all a good read.
