funny fast-paced

I love a good why-choose romance, and this definitely delivered! I was lucky enough to receive an arc for this book. I have never read anything by this author before, but love hockey romances. When I read the synopsis and found out it was two of my favorite tropes combined, I knew I wanted to read it. Add in the enemies to lovers, brothers best friends, and forced proximity makes it even better! The chemistry between Charlotte, Roman, Mateo and Jace was amazing! This book was a great romance read with some spice. The banter between the characters had me giggling through the book. Overall, I really enjoyed this book and would definitely read some more of this authors work. 3.5 ⭐️ from me!

4.5 stars for me this one.
It was my first why choose hockey romance, and did not disappoint!
I love the relationship between Charlie and the guys, how it's so different with each of them because they're all so different, yet they love her just as much as she loves each of them.
I'm so pleased her and Jace finally got to embrace the love they've always wanted with each other, too.
The tension between her and Harrison, and the guys and Harrison, was really we'll done... though I was getting so mad when they were literally lying to his face.
I didn't quite expect him to find out the way he did though!
The only reason I took half a star off, was because there were a couple of times early on that Charlotte's inner monologue felt a little repetitive.. but that's just a personal preference thing.
The book was very well written, and now I'm needing Harrison story.. coz there's something simmering there (IYKYK).
Overall a great read and one I definitely recommend :)

This was such a blast to read. There are so many hilarious one liners that I was in absolute stitches the whole time. Plus, a hockey harem? Who DOESNT want that? I just want to bottle up this book and drink it up everyday. 10/10 a great time.

thank you love notes pr for the arc copy of this book !!

however i am rating it two stars because it’s basically smut no plot.

I am a huge fan of why choose hockey romance, and of all hockey romance stories in general. I especially appreciate books that have a bi-awakening story line. These characters have one where there is insta-lust but this story is definitely a slow burn. The spice is great, but overall, it is a good and fast read :D.

A very straightforward read. I liked how balanced the relationship between our characters were. The thing about why-choose romances that can often ruin the story is when authors neglect to make the relationship equal by focusing too much on certain characters. I appreciated that the romance and attraction between all of them was well-developed. Even though 2 of the characters had history, the other 2 have something else, all 4 of them were invested equally. Well done.
