I really enjoyed this book!

The story was engaging throughout and I was really invested in the stories of each of the three characters. The backdrop of the war and the secrets each person is carrying make this a tense read at times for certain!

I had a few minor gripes with some of the choices made at the end and the writing seemed to be doing more telling instead of showing at points but the story and characters were robust enough that I still really enjoyed it.
