I approached this as an immersive read ~ book + audio book. 📚🎧

This novel vividly and realistically describes the terror and devastation of the bombings within London during the Blitz of WWII. As the Germans wreak havoc from the air…Baldacci has set the stage, creating a very unique, found family - including three of the most courageous, resilient, caring and absolutely memorable characters to tell this well researched story. Which is both heartwarming and, at times, heart wrenching.
A totally outstanding, engaging and immersive read.
