This book was brutal. I love splatterpunk. Unfortunately though with the genre, spatterpunk, you are met with poor storytelling and gore. Talia was not that. It was well written with the perfect amount of gore!

Lots of snuff graphic imagery. I typically don’t like creature horror but this was a delightful revenge creature feature!

For me it wasn't nothing special, the story unfolds quickly when she wakes up from the dead and I don't know if a liked that. But overall was a fun read.

Holy hell.... first book that has made me physically uncomfortable, not gonna lie. Absolutely incredible, though. The satisfaction at the end was phenomenal. Immediately bought the next book
