This book starts off kind of irritating. It is repetitive and a bit boring. And really the art does it no favors. And then the giraffe meets a friend and gains a friend and kind of redeems itself. So it could have been a bit better but certainly ended up not being bad. 3.5 of 5.

Edward hates his neck. He tries to hide it until he meets Cyrus the turtle. Great book on the difference in perspective and loving what you have.

Cute. I love giraffes. Probably better giraffe books out there, like giraffes can’t dance, but yes, still cute.

From the pair that did Penguin Problems. Another fun story to share with kids to think about perspective.
