I liked this, but not as much as most of his Discworld stuff. I think the topic(opera) was just not as good a conduit for his humor. Granny Weatherwax was the best character, but not the main one.

I always enjoy any Discworld stories featuring the witches. It’s a shame the way the narrator treats Agnes Nitt, but if you can get past that, it’s a fun read.
