While I was mostly reading this for a school assignment, I did enjoy the introducing into EFT and might be something I do more research on. I just didn’t like how the ending wrapped everything up, and I wish there were some worksheets or something to fill out alongside the readings. Overall though not a bad read!

Lots of helpful information - I think a cliff notes of the strategies would be really beneficial to a lot of folks looking to improve communication w their partners.
not the greatest fan of the writing style and some of the examples of couples she worked with were really bizarre to include given the severity of the harm that was caused by one partner to another.
