Quick read, the turns started early on but didn’t see the character of Jackson to be like that!

A classic example of what Chandler Bing once said - “The messer becomes the mess-ee” 😂

It was a fun book, I went from feeling “Life is unfair to good people” to “You go girl!” very soon. I would recommend to the people who love seeing women taking control of their lives and being as powerful as ever. ❤️

I really did not enjoy this book.
The pacing was super slow, Amber was insufferable (not in a complex character type of way, but rather in a horrible, one dimensional way), the twist was predictable and the story was overall forgettable.
I would go into more details about my gripes with this book, but I’ve already given it too much of my time already. 1.5 stars

3.75⭐️ I’m rounding up instead of giving a solid 4 star rating because I did figure out most of the twists. Overall, though, I enjoyed the book as a whole.
