My daughter read this book first and said that I had to read it because she had questions. It is unlike any book I have read before. I was drawn to it because it is told through photographs, which I love. It was a fun and interesting journey, though at times I felt as if I was peeking in windows I shouldn't. It was good. i still have questions...I am still thinking about it. But I think the concept is brilliant.

Nice story but its just a bit out there for me. I admit it was a lovely story but i was confused by some parts of it. I'll have to re-read it to get it right a second time round!

This was such a cool concept executed so poorly. It's essentially a Romeo & Juliet base with some modern outfitting. I think if it were done today, after the big graphic novel boom, it'd be done more effectively and innovatively. Mixed media is a big thing in prose stories right now, and this style could push it further. As it was, the story could have been emotionally haunting and evocative but it was simply too shallow to do anything meaningful.

I think it would have been cool to have it be interactive but I don't have the access to it. *shrug* It was a good book though.

Very beautiful and and mysterious. I was confused a couple times, especially as to why she kept playing Chopsticks, then I figured it out. This is an ingenious compilation of pictures of everyday items into a mysterious, bitter-sweet love story.
SpoilerEverything may be a lie. I had not realized the complexity of the story until I figured out the missing piece .
The ending was quite shocking.

I really like the idea of this book but I just didn't get into it myself. Again, the idea is awesome but I have no real feelings for it. Not bad, not good. just eeh..

I love stories told in original ways. This was beautifully done, and the ambiguity we are left with is fantastic.

I like the idea of this book better than the actual book. Cool format, story didn't grab me.
