A fun, fast read. Good action, good character development, enjoyable plotline, and I'm a sucker for snarky narrators.

Pretty good follow-up to The Lost Hero, but I enjoyed the characters a lot more in the predecessor. It took me a very long time to finally start liking Hazel and Frank, but Leo and Piper were a lot quicker. Glad to have Percy back though, such an icon. Reminds me of Darrow a lot actually. Very excited to read the next book, I can't wait to see the whole Prophecy of Seven together.

I missed Percy so much

percy i will die for u i will kill for u i will kiss u whatever u want baby

Both beginning and ending were very solid, some ups and downs in between, but most importantly, PERCY POV!

yup yup yup

YEEEEESSSSSSSS!!!! the first half was kinda lame and i worried it would be just like the lost hero but then the story picked up and it was so much fun again. percy saved this book by being his wonderful self and frank and hazel were so much more bearable than jason and piper. now i am excited about this world again
