This book is a very good primer on Adlerian psychotherapy. The authors cover the foundational assumptions and guidelines of this counseling perspective in a succinct manner. They describe several Adlerian techniques and include two case studies. Future directions of modern Adlerian psychotherapy are also suggested. If you are looking for an introductory text on Adlerian theory, this book is for you.
