meh. it abbreviates and simplifies things that should not. To teach your cat to fetch, just call them and take the object from them when they drop it. Oh, okaaaaayyyy. Not super helpful. Useful if you want the abbreviated version.

I read this in German.
It was informative, though my edition felt rather outdated. I'm not sure if they have since made an updated version, but I would not recommend this specific edition.
I was reading it because I was about to get kittens and I felt very anxious. The book relieved my anxiety a bit, but at the same time, I was told that what I had read was over-preparing and rather paranoid preparation, and that I should chill and everything will be fine.
In the end, after having gotten the kittens, I can say some of what I read was useful, but really, most of it was just causing more stress for me (and my partner who had to suffer through me being anxious and a trying-to-know-it-all) than necessary.
I'd recommend just sticking to YouTube resources or getting a book that is maybe shorter and more chill.
