This book is ICONIC!!! I will be recommending this to EVERYONE who asks for a fresh new read, it's so fun and full of life and philosophy and good morals as well as an interdimensional traveling talking cat. Book lovers will ADORE this one.

i so wish this would have been longer!! but besides that, i really loved it. such a wonderful book with actually really heartfelt messages. my favourite line in the book was ‘when a person loses their own heart, they can’t feel another’s pain’. that honestly really resonated with me, as i understand completely the idea of hurting others accidentally when you’re hurting yourself.

I really enjoyed this book for one special reason.
It inspired me to think about reading or rethink my own reading.
Though I didn’t like it’s descriptive narration, the book hooked me emotionally and philosophically.
Even if the arguments for reading might be plane or “easy” at moments, it helped me to think on How, why, where and when I want to read.
Also the cute little story with tabby as an guidance and the love interest (established pretty early) where hooking and made me want to know how the character changes. The revelations and story beats were slightly predictable, but i still liked how the adventures where connected to the development of its protagonist and the theme
