“All my life I’d sat in churches’ hallowed halls but I had never felt as spiritual as I did in that moment with his attention on me.”

The amount of MM vampire rep lately is fantastic and I am here for it.

Bite Me was hilarious, steamy, and endearing all at once. The slow burn between these two grumps was the slowest of burns, but I was hooked every step of the way. When they finally came together, it was *chefs kiss*

Fae Quin is poetic in her writing, but still manages to come off both descriptive and hilarious, when warranted. It was hard not to fall in love with these two and the quaint slightly-off town they inhabit.

I’m so excited for the next book in the series and to explore more of this town and its inhabitants.

Im a little conflicted about this book.

The first half felt like there was a lot going on, but at the same time there was nothing going on. It felt like a lot of internal turmoil and drama but nothing was being explained. It felt longer than it was, because nothing significant was happening.

I really did enjoy the second half, it was a lot more fast paced and action packed. Even though the conflict was predictable, it was well executed and enjoyable.

The characters were great, Blair was funny and witty and Richard was a real sweetheart. The romance was cute and sweet, even though the slow burn was almost too slow. I really loved Richard but along the way he almost became a side character. We don’t get to see a lot from his point of view, and sometimes he’s barely mentioned.

I also would’ve loved the ending to not be so abrupt. To me there were a lot of lose ends that when I realized the book was over I was a bit like wtf. I hope it’s because things will be explained more in depth in the next books.

I will be continuing the series because I’m curious to see where it goes, I did like the side characters. Hopefully it gets better from here

Ah yes, Fae Quin just writes the most beautiful characters. Blair is such a precious baby, you just want to cuddle him until nothing bad ever happens to him again.

And Richard is the sweetest awkward weirdo who just wants to take care of Blair.

I love that Fae's books always have cool stories that surround the love story as well. A bit of paranormal murder mystery here that was really well written.

And the spice...I swear noone makes you burn slowly through a book and then kill you with the most delicious spice like Fae Quin does. 🥵🥵🥵

How she manages to weave in very explicit consent, communication, proper prep and protection into her spice and it adding so much 🔥🌶️ to the spicy scenes is beyond me.

All round a beautiful, well thought out story, lovely characters and I cannot wait to read the next one in the series!

Un grand merci à l’auteure pour cet ARC et sa confiance.

Les personnages ont planté leur griffes dans mon cœur dès les premières pages!

I said it once and I’ll say it again.
Fae writes the way she draws. Attention to detail, vibrant and so, so beautiful. She creates magic ♥️
The characters in this book are intriguing, captivating and multifaceted. Nobody is who they seem to be at first sight (except Collin

This was a very interesting new take on supernatural characters. I enjoyed the storyline, plot and cast of characters. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because of the depth of information (every minute detail) of every scene. I love the way the author built the characters (I felt like I knew them) however, it took her over 5 pages to set up the 1st sex scene. Not to mention the sex was at the very end of the book. I don’t mind a little foreplay, but give us something, some self-pleasure, voyeurism, remembered experience, anything to get the romance part of the book going. I appreciate that we weren’t left hanging with Blair and Richard.
