I never want to read this again. My heart, my brain, it all hurts. 5 stars because it was amazing even though I was mindfucked and my heart was torn out and stomped on. I don't know how I feel about Shay. At times I hated him but other times I felt for him. This book, I don't even know. 5 stars because I will never forget these characters and the story will forever be in my heart. I will never read this again....it hurts.

Satisfying Conclusion
As always, I have to mention how hard it is to get dark romance right and make it feel a worthy story that doesn’t feel rushed or overtly cringeworthy. Dylan Page has managed to find a nice balance in telling Mina and Shay’s story in this series. Especially when you consider the “redemption” arc one of the main characters undergoes.
Judging the story for its plot and attention-grabbing power, this was a ride I wanted to see through to the end and wanna give major kudos to the author for staying true to such an ending after the heavy flux and flow of highs and lows the cast went through. Def won’t be forgetting this one for a good while!
