I’m not normally one for paranormal- and truthfully I didn’t know that what this was going to be- but Colleen Hoover did a great job as usual. It took me a couple chapters to realized the narrative was going between 2 different times, but I loved the style. The last half got tense, emotional, and heart felt all at the same time.

I know that if I have to go dump the entire plot to my husband before I even finish the book that it’s a five star read for me. It gave the creepy crawlies just like Verity and, maybe I’m clueless, but the mystery had me stumped like the whole time. Even at the end I was so afraid that a spirit was just tricking him. Such a unique story, beautifully written, no notes!

I don’t know how to feel about this book now that I’ve finished it. Initially was really intrigued and thought I would really like the story.. but after finishing it I’m just felt feeling like it was a stupid book lol there are some loose ends that are really bothering me..like lack of repercussions for things that Leeds has done. Over all kind of disappointed in this book.

What a rollercoaster! I enjoyed this books so much and couldn't put it down near the middle/end.

I really enjoy paranormal romance books and this was such an interesting, unputdownable addition to the genre. I do wish we had more epilogue but that's partly because I wasn't ready for the story to end.
