Absolutely loved everything about this story. It has a good intrigue and lots of suspense. The characters were great, they were well written and established even with how short the novel was. Each had their own personality, with a welcome LGBT element. The enemy was scary and mysterious. I can't wait to read more from this author.

I really enjoyed this little novella! I also enjoyed the short story after as well. The main story had good plot and got to the point rather quickly. Definitely a fast paced read. It’s a cabin in the woods type of story with beings from another dimension taken over the human race. I think any horror reader that enjoys this type of plot will enjoy it. Lastly, I appreciate the queer representation in this story!
