This was a solid 3-star read for me. It’s set during a family vacation that doubles as a wedding and a tradition filled week set 18 months after the main character's sister passed away. They play this elaborate last-man-standing game that adds some fun and chaos to the mix. The storyline is sweet and predictable in that comforting way, definitely younger adult than adult romance. Don’t go in expecting spice these kids are barely 18 and it reads like it. Cute, heartfelt, and a quick summer read if you’re in the mood for something light with a big family vibe and a bit of healing in the background.

I loved every second of this book. The setting, the people, the home they created. It’s just the need to keep using social media in this book kinda put me off. Still loved it tho

this book was so sweet and perfect and summer. though this book had an overbearing amount of imagery that at times made you want to skip to the next page, it was so well written and easily one of the best reads i’ve had. i give this book an easy 9/10. this author is incredible.

Wasn’t a bad book but was just a little too cheesy for my taste!

This was so sweet, it was pulling on my heartstrings. I'd describe this as a cute YA summer read evoking SO MANY emotions (at least on my part) as it deals with grief and complex relationships. I wish there was even more of the assassins game described (truly loved that part). One of my faves was the wedding, my heart got all soft...
