It's a great book which can guide us to be a strong-minded person, to be aware of every situation that happen in our life and to be a calm and peaceful person. The text is vividly written on how to live a better with serenity. I couldn't describe how massive I enjoy this book. After I've read this book, I realised that Stoic Philosophy is obviously important in our life. 'd better read it every day.

Spent the year working my way through this, along with the companion journal. 
The daily prompts were a great gradual way to change your mindset throughout the year.
Especially as the weeks and months hold themes that help to build off certain ideas.

I feel like my mindset and mentality have changed dramatically over the last year, and whilst this is not the only reason - I am certain it aided that change. 

I have bought myself another copy of this (and the journal) to continue using them both in 2024.
(I filled the pages of this book with notes too, hence why I need another copy).
